		<description>I think you need to speak to the person you made the original contract with. You have an oral contract which you both agreed to. It will still hold up in a court of law even though there is nothing on paper because you both agreed on the terms. Then you need to tell him he needs to pay the balance on what you did, then what you are doing with Jim is now secondary. In the future try to get it in writing to avoid this miscommunication.</description>
