I don't like the fact that their MySQL database have a 100 MB limit. I don't like the fact that all the user names (MySQL, FTP, login, etc) are some random customer number. But hey, they are quite affordable. At the time I was looking, they were the best fit. But I'll be moving over to DreamHost when my contract is up.
